Café Physique’s Nutrition & Wellness Coaching program is a confidential partnership between coach and client with the objective of helping you achieve your wellness goals related to weight, fitness, nutrition, stress and overall health.  The process provides accountability, expertise, and inspiration to empower you to make lasting lifestyle changes while achieving a higher level of wellness.

With Nutrition & Wellness Coaching, you should expect lasting lifestyle change. You will learn to nourish all aspects of your self: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual while developing a loving relationship with food and your body.  Increased energy, clarity and vitality are just a few of the things that you will experience. 


Find balance and gain greater self-awareness and confidence while awakening the possibility that lies within you.  Whether you are returning to a healthy lifestyle or if this is your first time focusing on your health and wellness, at the end each session feeling rejuvenated, motivated and empowered.


How does Nutrition & Wellness Coaching work?


After submitting a general health questionnaire, an initial 90-minute foundation session is set up to discuss your personal wellness vision, 3-month goals, and the areas of your life that most affect your well-being.  This is not a cookie-cutter approach, but an individualized healthy living plan based on your needs and desires.  You will then meet with your wellness coach regularly to review goals, work through any obstacles you have faced and/or discuss something you may want to learn more about.  Coaching sessions can be conducted by phone, email or in person, so you can schedule them at a time and place that is convenient for you.*

Meet the Coach

Cafe Physique Wellness Coaching services are conducted by Kathianne Williams, MEd, RD, LD.  Kathianne has a passion for helping others nourish their whole selves and reach their highest potential.  She has completed extensive post-graduate coursework in behavior change and health psychology and has counseled thousands of clients in nutrition, fitness and coaching since 1996.  Her experience and stellar reputation are supported with solid professional credentials:


- B.S. in Nutrition (University of Minnesota)
- MEd in Health Education (Penn State University)
- Dietetic Internship at Harvard's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
- Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association
- Licensed Dietitian (Georgia & Massachusetts)
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA)


* Mobile services (outside of the Cafe Physique studio) are available for sessions 60 minutes or greater.  A $50 travel fee may apply for travel to a non-studio location depending on the distance and location.
