This system creates a powerful release of stress and tension, an increase in vitality and well-being and it deepens the connection between mind, body and spirit in both the giver and receiver.

How does Thai Massage feel?
Thai Massage is more energizing and rigorous than the more classic forms of massage. Thai Massage is also called Thai yoga massage because the therapist uses his hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Many say Thai Massage is like doing yoga without any work ("Lazy Man's Yoga"). Muscle compression, joint mobilization and acupressure are also used during treatment. People describe Thai Massage as both relaxing and energizing.

What should I expect during my session?
No oil or lotion is used during session, and you will be fully dressed in comfortable clothing. Because of the various stretches, the session will occur on a massage table or the floor (depending on the therapist).
